Original Recipe
Use large bar glass, 2 tablespoonsful of orgeat syrup, 1½ wine glasses of Brandy, ½ pony glass of Curacao, 4 dashes of lemon juice. Fill the tumbler with cracked ice, shake well and ornament with fruits and berries in season. Serve with straws.
Modern Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) orgeat syrup
- 3 oz (90 ml) brandy
- ½ oz (15 ml) Curacao
- 4 dashes lemon juice
- Cracked ice
Instructions
Fill a shaker with cracked ice, add all ingredients, and shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with seasonal fruits and berries. Serve with straws.
