Original Recipe
Use large bar glass, 1 egg, 1 tablespoonful of sugar, small quantity of cracked ice, 1 pony glass of Brandy, fill the tumbler with Cider, shake well and serve.
Modern Recipe

- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- Cracked ice
- 1 oz (30 ml) brandy
- Cider
Instructions
Fill a glass with cracked ice, add the egg, sugar, and brandy, then fill with cider. Shake well and serve immediately.
