Original Recipe

Use a large bar glass. The white of one egg, 3 dashes of lemon juice, 1 tablespoonful of sugar, 1 wine glass of Gin. Fill the glass with ice, shake well, strain into large size bar glass, and fill with Seltzer or Vichy Water. Mix quickly with spoon, and serve while foaming.

  • 2 oz (60 ml) gin
  • Ice
  • Seltzer or Vichy water

Instructions
