Original Recipe

Use large bar glass. 3 dashes of lemon juice, ½ tablespoonful of sugar, 2 or 3 slices of orange, ½ tablespoonful of raspberry syrup. Fill the tumbler with cracked ice then pour in 1½ wine glasses of Port Wine, shake well and ornament with berries in their season. Serve with straws.

Ingredients

  • ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) sugar
  • 2-3 orange slices
  • ½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) raspberry syrup
  • 3 oz (90 ml) port wine
  • Cracked ice

Instructions

Fill a shaker with cracked ice, add all ingredients, and shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with seasonal berries. Serve with straws.
