Original Recipe

Use large bar glass, 1 tablespoonful of raspberry syrup, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 wine glass of Gin, ½ wine glass of water, ½ of a small lemon cut in small slices. Fill the tumbler with broken ice and shake well. Ornament the top with a slice of orange, pineapple, and berries in season, and serve with straws.

Modern Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
  • 2 oz (60 ml) gin
  • ½ oz (15 ml) water
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • Ice

Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice, add all ingredients, and shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with orange, pineapple, and seasonal berries. Serve with straws.
