Original Recipe

Use large bar glass. 1 tablespoonful of sugar, juice of ½ lemon, juice of a small orange, 1 wine glass of Port Wine, ½ pony glass of Jamaica Rum. Fill with cracked ice, shake well, ornament with fruit, and serve with straws.

Modern Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Juice of 1 small orange
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Port wine
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Jamaica rum
  • Cracked ice

Instructions

Fill a glass with sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, Port wine, and rum. Add cracked ice, shake well, garnish with fruit, and serve with straws.
