Original Recipe
Use large bar glass. Fill glass nearly half full of ice, put in 2 slices of orange, 3 or 4 berries, 1 tablespoonful of white sugar, mash them together with spoon, fill balance of the glass with champagne, stir well and ornament with fruit and berries in season. Serve with straws.

- 3-4 berries
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white sugar
- Champagne
Instructions
Fill a glass halfway with ice, add orange slices, berries, and sugar. Muddle together, then fill the rest of the glass with champagne. Stir well and garnish with seasonal fruits and berries. Serve with straws.
