Original Recipe
Use large bar glass, 1 tablespoonful of sugar, dissolved in ½ wine glass of water, 2 wine glasses of Sherry, fill the tumbler with cracked ice, shake well, and ornament with slices of orange, pineapple, and berries in season. Serve with straws.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- 1 oz (30 ml) water
- 3 oz (90 ml) Sherry
- Cracked ice
Instructions
Fill a glass with cracked ice, add water and sugar, stir until dissolved. Add sherry, shake well, and garnish with orange, pineapple, and seasonal berries. Serve with straws.
