Original Recipe
Use large bar glass. Fill bottom of the glass with shaved ice, 1 teaspoonful of Strawberry Syrup, 1 tablespoonful of Rose Cordial, 1 wine glass of Sherry Wine. Mix with spoon and serve.

Ingredients
- Shaved ice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) strawberry syrup
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) rose cordial
- 2 oz (60 ml) sherry wine
Instructions
Fill a glass with shaved ice, then add strawberry syrup, rose cordial, and sherry wine. Mix well and serve.
