Sauterne Punch Recipe

Original Recipe
Use large bar glass, ½ teaspoonful of sugar, ½ of a small lemon, 2 or 3 slices of orange, ½ teaspoonful of raspberry syrup, 1½ wine glasses of Sauterne. Shake well and ornament with berries in season, serve with straws.
Modern Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) sugar
- ½ small lemon
- 2-3 slices of orange
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) raspberry syrup
- 3 oz (90 ml) Sauterne wine
- Cracked ice
Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice, add all ingredients, and shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with seasonal berries. Serve with straws.
