Original Recipe
Use large bar glass. 2 lumps of loaf sugar, dissolve in ½ pony glass of Santa Cruz Rum, juice of half a small lemon, 1 wine glass of Arrac. Fill the glass with hot water, stir well and grate nutmeg on top.
Modern Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 sugar cubes
- ½ oz (15 ml) Santa Cruz rum
- Juice of ½ small lemon
- 2 oz (60 ml) Arrac
- Hot water
Instructions
Fill a glass with hot water, add rum, lemon juice, and sugar cubes. Stir well and grate nutmeg on top. Serve hot.
