Original Recipe
Use large bar glass, 1 tablespoonful of sugar, juice of half of a lemon, 1 pony glass of Port Wine, 1 bottle of Soda Water, stir and serve while foaming.
Modern Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 oz (30 ml) Port wine
- 1 bottle soda water
Instructions
Fill a glass with sugar, lemon juice, and Port wine. Top with soda water, stir well, and serve while foaming.
