Original Recipe
Use small bar glass. ½ wine glass of good Scotch Whiskey, fill balance of glass with boiling water, drop in 1 lump of sugar and some thin yellow shavings of lemon peel, stir well and serve.
Modern Recipe

- 1 oz (30 ml) Scotch whisky
- Boiling water
- 1 sugar cube
- Lemon peel
Instructions
Fill a glass with boiling water, add Scotch whisky, sugar, and lemon peel. Stir well and serve hot.
